Micromax — Non delivery of my handset

Ear Sir. Due to power does not switch on and suddenly switch off my mobile handed over my hand set model no SERMOBO479, ITEM NO WITHOUT ACC.A300(W) and IMEI/ESN NO [protected]/[protected] during warranty period on 30/09/2015 at your service center M/S ARCADE WORLD situated at Jorhat Assam.But till now the hand set is not delivered to me. I sent several mal to cuetomer care center and they reply to take care my problem.Already 44 days s over ot delver the same very shortly. With Regards J N Hazarika Parijat Nagar, Club Road. Jorhat, Assam
