Micromax — Not getting proper response from service centre. | |||
I submitted my Micromax Canvas HD116 (Black) IMEI/ESN No. [protected]/[protected] for the problems 4911 Display Touch Screen not working and 5301 Charging Socket problem to the authorised service centre M/s. Mahamaya Services, Raigarh - 496001 (C.G.) on 02.10.2014. It was assured that the set would be repaired within one week but sorry to say that till date the set is still under service centre and also, I am not getting proper response from there.
