[Resolved]  Micromax — Not repairing phone

I submitted my phone way back in may because of a mic problem in the phone on the 22nd of May 2014, they replaced the pcb and gave me the phone after a week but as soon as I shut it down to insert the sim it didn't start again, I gave it back to the service center the next day and they said it will take a week to fix it and return it to me however it has been over a month and no progress has been made, i repeatedly call the customer care(intouch communication shimla) and they reply that they are receiving the part from the company, I called the customer care and they just give me false assurances that i will receive my set within 20 working days and supposedly have escalated my complain to higher authorities since the past 3 weeks yet no action has been taken..
