Micromax — Not returning mobile handset after repairing

Myself Mahesh Barange, have purchased a Micromax canvas Fun A76 mobile handset on 02nd May of 2014. Now during the month of feb-2015 my handset touch is not working properly, so I contacted micromax service center on[protected]. They told me that set is to be send to headoffice for repairing purpose and it will take 10 days time. Now, I have contacted them several time but they are constantly saying that headoffice have not yet desptach the mobile phone after repair. After almost 22 days they are not sure when they will return my handset. I am totally trapped with this behaviour of micromax service center. Please help me.
