Micromax — pathetic post sale service | |||
i have purchased colour 2 and after 1 month the screen got dismantled due to fall from roof. I submitted the set at the service centre at Etawah on 12/07/2014 and submitted Rs 3500/- for the replacement of screen. Its now more than 2 month now, the service center is delaying in providing the set with the reason that the set is at AGRA and once it got repaired, it will be delivered to me.
