Micromax — Pending more than 1 year -Phone dead under warranty - Replacing by lower version | |||
I have purchased Micromax Ninja A - 89. In warranty period ( within a year ) mobile got dead twice. After long time service centre said they could not repair the set. They will replace by new hand set. After 6 months of follow up they said it will be replace by Micromax A 58 which has all features lower than my existing handset i.e. Screen size, Camera, RAM, Software, Battery power.. I refused to accept the handset and lodge a complaint in their call centre. They assured they will take care of this issue and revert back. Till date i.e. more than a year no body called me. Now when i called the service centre they said your replacement will come and the handset is A 58... Same story continues... Micromax Service is Poor than Pathetic..
