Micromax — Phone Dead in 1 month (A102-Blue Color). Micromax has not yet repaired/replaced it.

I had purchased the phone A102 (Blue Color) on 20 May 2014. On 3 July, when I woke up in the morning, my phone was not starting up. I tried to remove battery and restart but nothing happened. On 7 July, I went to the service center below::M/S Cariano Telecom, 302, 3rd floor, Manglam Place, sector-3, M2k Rohini, Delhi.After waiting for 2 hours, my number came and I showed my phone. The executive there said that the phone is dead and we will replace the parts. It would be done in 10-15 days. It could be done earlier also, we will let you know. Job sheet number :: N[protected]Nobody picks up the call there and mostly the number is busy. I had to go personally to get the status of my service request. On 17 July, I was told that -"the part has not yet come from the company and it will take some time". On 22 July, I was told that - " we do not know how much time will it take for your phone to get repaired. We have no idea, call micromax customer care and ask." And they were rude.Then On 22 July, I called up customer care, the agent name was Ritesh Kumar. He told me that service center is saying that it will take around 20 more days and they do not know the reason for delay. He also said that you can do legal complaint where ever you want, I can't do anything in this. When I asked to speak to the senior manager, I was told that we are not allowed to transfer calls to senior.Complaint number at micromax customer care :: [protected]
