[Resolved] Micromax — Phone not received yet

Dear Sir, We have submitted my Mobile phone on 25 november vide receipt no W[protected]. At your Dadar service centre on xxxxxx This service centre has assured that my mobile phone will be repaired within 25 days however we regret to inform you that we still have not received my mobile phone till now and Dadar service centre has not given us any specific date on delivery of our mobile phone. In the mean time today we have received SMS from your company to collect the phone however Dadar Service centre has not delivered the Phone by saying that Phone is not ready and they will inform us when it wiil get repaired. We wish to inform you that we are facing lot of in convinience and expect your quick action at earliest Yours Faithfully, Sunil Karwa Contact No -[protected]

Hi Micromax Team,

Regreat to Inform you that we received call from your customer centre stating that phone has repaired but your service centre has informed that phone has not yet repaired, It Is lying still with service centre at Dadar since one month.

I am much dissappointed service from Micromax Company
