Micromax — poor consumer support in shimla

my cell had some touch problem .it is under warrenty and i submitt it to near by costumer care in shimla .They assured me of full touch replacement in 10 days . but even after 15 days they are not able to make it happen. As they told me it was their supply that was not apropriate to fullfill the demand. kindly take some action regarding this . because it is very harrashing for people here to wait for over a month to check for their problems. it is very sad that care center workers dont even talk properly with people.
