Micromax — Poor service - defective phone replacement | |||
I bought this mobile phone Micromax - CG410 on 14-Jul-2015. After around 10 days, the ringing volume of the set went low. A black line appeared in the middle of the screen and within a couple of days the screen went blank. It was taken to an authorised service center - M/S MARK SERVICES, 210, NAINA NEHA PALACE, 2nd Floor, Sakchi, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand - PIN No - 831001 Ph. No. - [protected],[protected]. They took the mobile phone for repairs on 11-Aug-2015. They said that the mobile phone would be replaced and asked me to visit them after a month. On 28-Sep-2015, when we went to the Service center for the phone, the service personnel said that it was still in repairs and they had not received a replacement yet. We went on visiting the Service Center for updates but to no avail. Finally, the Service Center personnel handed over a refurbished set until the new set arrives. On 27-Oct-15, the Service center then called to collect the replacement. On 3-Nov-15 when we received the set, the set was again found faulty.
