Micromax — Poor Services by Micromax Service Center | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased Canvas HD A116 from India Shopping Times 21, August 2013. After 10 Months phone started giving display problem.So, I deposited my phone to Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar Near Maharaja Banquet for repair. While submitting my phone the person who was on service desk told me to collect the phone after 5 days. But still I have not receive my handset.I went there 5-6 times but they always extend the date and no proper response from the service people. Please advice how can I move further.
