DEAR SIR/MADAM, I HAVE BOUGHT YUREKA MOBILE ON 22 JAN-2015 FROM ONLINE SALE OF AMAZON.IN. AFTER GETTING THIS PHONE I AM FACING A PROBLEM HEATING AT NEAR EAR PIECE JUST AFTER PLAYING A GAME OR OTHER ACTIVITY IN PHONE. IT COME SO HOT THAT I CAN'T TAKE CALL. REGARDING THIS I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES TO YUREKA FREE CUSTOMER CARE NO. BUT I DID'T GET ANY SOLUTIONS KINDLY HELP ME TO SOLOVE MY PHONE HEATING PROBLEM. Was this information helpful? | |||

M facing a problem with my yureka ph dat z whenever i make a call or any call cames my ph automatically gets locked. Nd m not able to dsconnect it while making a call or able to recive any call.wat to do????

hello, I have purchased a yureka phone last week through Amazen i have faced lots of problem with it i have called many time yureka care number, i have mailed also many time but no one respond me the service is so bad. It is advice to the new customer please dont purchase this phone, the service of this company is very bad and many problem with this phone like heating problem, display blinking, hang while play game and low battery backup
hey please resolve my problem if it is possible please change my phone i don't want to carry it longer...

I purchased this handset in April 2015. Initially this set looked good in all ways. But problem started in a month of purchase and agrevated after upgrading the OS.
Frequently in touch with YU CCare. But many problem persisted.
In month of Oct 2015 when contacted YU CCare person told solution and at last said "Not to contact Again". I was literary Shocked, very disappointing..
GOOD:
1) Camera
2) Slick Design
BAD:
1) Battery. Without single min. use discharge fully in a day. With moderate usage discharges in 5 hrs.
2) Hanges many times.
3) Screen flickering.
4) Ups and Downs in volume in Mic, person on other phone hears us.
5) Initially Brightness automatic goes zero.
6) Many times SIM card fails(shoes SIM not available or failed).
7) Heating problem.
8) Last but not the least- 18/12/15 tried many time YU care toll free number since morning to evening but continuously "Number Busy"...
