Micromax — problems in my new phone yu yureka | |||
Dear Micromax team, i have purchased Yureka and i face following problems 1. a drastic problem of dialing, when ever i call any no from my mobile the screen goes dark and then further operations are impossible except ending the call pressing the switch on/off button. the problem with the software is such a bad that i can't find any solution. 2. i can't connect it with my pc. once only the pc could have the connection, but then it fails to recognize the phone, though the drivers are properly installed. the usb connection is not working properly, which has disheartened me. 3. i tried to call on the micromax care phone no provided in phone but the answer is the no does not exists. on dialing the yu care no the phone is kept on a long hold, which cost a lot. When once i could connect to a call center person i received the answer that there will be soon a update available for your phone. after nearly 4 weeks i have yet not received any update (OTA) 3. i mailed on the given email address in the Yu yureka phone but no answer is still received. I earnestly request to do something useful for my phone. i request you to give me answer for my mail suggesting what can be done for my phone. my email id is ([protected]@gmail.com). it is my humble entreaty that you respond positively to my mail. i want to play god with YU YUREKA but how let my know in such a down situation.
