[Resolved] Micromax — Random charges of mobile repairs at authorised services centre | |||
Complaint against 'd.S.Mobile' of vadodara. On 28th january, i took my faulty screen mobile to ds mobile. They opened it, repaired and told me they reshouldered display wire of my canvas hue aq5000. They demanded 200rs for repairs as my mobile was out of warrenty. I paid 200rs and demaned receipt. First they said we cannot issue receipt as mobile was not under warranty. After some argument they give me receipt with 'software' change mentioned under 'spare parts use. I objected to type of repair mentioned on receipt, as they said soldering carried out on my mobile initially. After some more argument they changed type of repair to 'hardware issue - display not working'. My complaint is - d.S.Mobile, vadodara is taking micromax customer for a ride charging randomly for type of repairs done. Initially they charged me 200rs and when i demanded receipt they demanded 350rs saying it was hardware issue. They never mentioned on receipt that they carried out 'sholdering on mobile'.
