[Resolved] Micromax — regarding bad servicing of micromax care | |||
sir, myself Gaurav Sagar(mob no.-[protected]), i had given my micromax doodle3 A102 on 5th sept '14 regarding the problem that it was not switching on also it is in warranty period. i had given it on my nearest service center.(m/s paradise telesoft pvt. ltd, main chakrata road, near hanuman mandir, dehradun-248001, [protected]). i am really irritated of their service as they are not able fulfill their job. whenever i go to there they postpone it for the next date and till now it had not been repaired (15 days had been passed) and also they are not giving me the exact date.i request you to take strict action against this so that i will have future faith in your company. thank you.
