Micromax — regarding poor service of micromax | |||
I am shubham sonthalia, I bought a micromax cell phone model no A109 on sep 2014, it was running smooth, but it started overheating...immediately i took it to the service center... And that day i was totally shocked with the poor and irritating service and care provided by service centre ...however i managed and after long argument they agreed to repair the cell and they kept it for nearly 40 days... After that they called me saying that my cell was repaired ...when i went there, they told me to check the cell outside the office...but still it was not repaired and when i told them again they said that i might have been cause the defect ... I was very much dissappointed by this rude and shrewd behaviour of service center... its ok that there may be some fault or defect in Electronic devices but what about the behaviour as well as care of service center... I would never advise any product of micromax not because of quality but only because of the service provided by them...they dont value the customers and their money invested...
