Micromax — Regarding poor service/misbehaviour

I want to launch complaint against micromax service center, I was face problem during mobile operating, so I decided to repair my mobile at micromax service centre, I drop my mobile at Abuja Mobiles authorise service center of Micromax on 10th Jan 2015 now it's already 3 months going to complete still I did not get my mobile in working condition, after that behaviour of employees are very poor, I am attaching pic of jobs heat with this complaint Job sheet No. Is N[protected] Name Mohsin Khan Mobile no.
