Micromax — regarding service center

Dear sir I had been submitted my mobile Micromax A120 Colors to your service center at Dadar in Mumbai for fixup leggin problem when a video move quickly the leg seems clearly on mobile . Service center engineer said your motherboard would have been to be change and needed 30 Days time for it .After 15 Days they called me through the phone and said your phone is raddy when I reached there I found they not do any thing legging video problem still seemed in mobile

Dear Sir,
My name is Richa and I live in Delhi. I purchased a Micromax Phone Model A190 Canvas on 3 Aug 2014 for Rs 11500. Since I have purchased I am facing ongoing issues with the phone and the service center. All the service centers are not dealing with the customers properly. All centers are quoting different issues and different pricing to repair the phone for same issues.

Instance first: --- After few days of purchase my data cable stopped working. I went to Miramax service center (Wz-1, Ganesh Nagar-Tilak Nagar, Delhi - 110018, Opp Metro Pillar No-535 ). They promised me to replace it within15 days. But they replaced it after 2 months. Every week they told me to wait for another week and said due to some renovation work of center we are unable to replace it . After too many disputes finally they provided a local data cable.
Instance Second:--- Now approx 1 month ago my phone got hanged and when I reinsert battery it didn’t work. Then 10 to 15 days ago I went to Micro max service Center (Shri Laxmi EnterprisesA-54, 1st Floor, Uttam Nagar, Delhi - 110059, Gulab Bagh, Opposite Metro Pillar No-750) First they told me that there was software issue no another problem after 1 hr one of their employee Sagar told me that there was a liquid damage and they need to send it to company and cost would me 2200 – 2500/-rs for replacement of that part and it will take 1 week.
Instance Third:--Today(09 June 2015) when I went to another service center of micromax (ABC Telecommunications in Ramesh Nagar, ). They again told me that there would be software issue after that they told that there is liquid damage and the cost for replacing that part would be Rs 4200 and it will take 20 days . If still it will not work then we need to replace its motherboard and it would cost 7000/- rs and it will take 3 to 4 weeks. I refuse to submit my phone. After that I again went back to their service center at Uttam nagar(Shri Laxmi Enterprises). Firstly they refused to take my phone because my case was not closed by ABC Telecommunication. After too much discussion they checked my phone and said that there is a liquid damage and need to replace the mother board. It will take 3-4 week and cost would be Rs 3800.. Then I talk to their supervisor Sachin and asked him “How the other employee Sagar told me that it would cost approx 2500/- Rs and now you are saying that it would cost 3800/- rs?” Why are they quoting prices? He replied that we all are franchises only and we are charging differently because it depend on how much discount company provide us and how much target we meet etc. In all this I as a customer is being harassed and is still with a damaged phone which is still under warranty. There should be strict action against such companies and such franchises.
I have already raised a complaint with Core Center of government portal. Still if it would not get resolved i might approach consumer forum.

i have gave my mobile in micromax service center in salem at 30.05.2015 for charger connector pin brokage.but still they didnt corrected my handset and if i ask about that they are not responding me and they are saying me "i will take a week to correct".but still they havent corrected my mobile.
the service given my micromax is very bad.so friends consider this things while u buy a new micromax mobile.
i am living in salem.
today date is 12.06.2015
