Micromax — Regarding storage problem

i bought micromax canvas colors A120 mobile 4 Months back. In this mobile In-built memory is 8 Gb, 1 Gb RAM. But all the application stored only in phone memory which shows only 1 Gb. I cant install any application. While installing it shows insufficient memory. I cant update also. InIn-built applications also not running due to this problem. And Map application is not working properly. I already took into service center they said no solution for that. I want to rectify this problem immediately. Or give me my money back. Otherwise i blame on you. I will suit a file.
