Micromax — repair and handset complaint

Hi My name is Ankur Jain. I had purchased Micromax A350(B&Gold) handset -July-2014, after using the phone for even less than a month, it got dead. I approached the Micromax authorised service center with the problem. Issued date:18-Aug-2014 Job Sheet No: E[protected] -M/s CSD Inception, 104, Sri Aurobindo Sarani, Hathibagan More, Kolkata - 700005 I was told to collect the handset in 25 days, but when i approached them, I got a vague reply that it would take more time since the handset has been sent to Gurgaon for repair. Since then, I have been calling them for follow ups but every time either they don't pick up or they casually reply me by saying that it would take 25 more days. I am fed of hearing the excuse repeatedly. This is so unprofessional. I feel regret on buying Micromax mobile and I would never not recommend the brand to any one. My only concern now is that I either want the handset back in good condition be it the same one repaired or new one of the same model in exchange and want an action against the unprofessional attitude of the Micromax Service centres people . They never attend the calls, They never care for customers urgency, they are somehow trying to escape from the issues of customers. Request you to take initiative on this issue and take an approriate action asap. In case I do not get a response from you, I would be impelled to take a more serious action against the company.
