Service Center:Sat guru Communication near vinayak hospital sector 27 noida 201301
I bought a micromax tablet P410i and it is still in warranty.Now the touch of my phone is broken and I have given in service center(Satguru Communication sector 27 NOida) for repair on date 01/10/2014.touch doesnot comes under warranty thats ok I am ready to pay the repair amount.But after 21 days they are saying that they cannot repair the touch as touch is not available i didnt understand you have sold a tablet and still you are selling in market in today's date and you dont have the repair parts means if touch is broken your whole phone is waste now, your tablet is of no use just because micromax doesnt have touch and they cannot repair the phone.this is the condition of authorised service center.They are asking for replacement and replacing a tab with a phone means with a different product which is less in amount with my product and asking for extra money.why i will choose any other product when i purchase a tab for purpose and why i'll pay for that .Its completely micromax mistake that they dont have the touch to repair while i am ready to pay for repair.
They also took 21 days to say this then how much time they will take to repair it?this is such a rubbish customer service that micromax is giving.i hope you will take immediate action on this .

I am very much disappointed to hearing this.. No one will not believe on micro max product.. If product is available in market then should be repairing service good.. Please take immediate action. I hope you will consider my opinion.
