[Resolved]  Micromax — Repairing Micromax A350 under warranty. Delayed by 8 weeks

I have approached the Micromax service center for my A350 as it was not getting charged. Service center told it needs to be sent to Company for repairing as parts are not available. After waiting for 3 weeks I called the service center and they told it is taking time and please wait for couple of weeks. Later I received call from service center that they have received an email that phone cannot be repaired and they will replace with another new phone E471. After waiting for 2 more weeks I called service center and they said they have not received the handset and they are not aware of the ETA. Later on I called Micromax call center and they told me to wait for next 15 days and they were not aware of the replacement things. I wrote and email to them regarding the same but not getting any ETA on when the phone will be repaired or anything about replacement. Its been 8 weeks since I gave the phone to service center on 4th August with docket number W[protected].

Thanks to Micromax for resolving my issue within 7 days after writing this post. I got a call from escalation department and assured to provide a replacement phone within next seven days. I got the call from service center on 4th day that they have received the phone and I could collect it. I also got the phone call from Micromax head office to let me know that phone has been dispatched and I can collect it. I will now check my new phone and start using it. Thanks again for providing me the replacement.
