Micromax — replacement for new canvas express A99

Hello sir my name is manu, I bought my mobile canvas A99 on 10/05/2015 after few days i saw that at it's display some black lines has been appeared . I submitted my mobile at service centre in bareilly, after 12 or 13 days i recevied my mobile from service centre then a new problem had created because of software problem by the fault of service centre . now service centre said your mobile needs 1 months more for repairing once again but this hardly possible for me . So i requested to you to exchange my old phone instead of new canvas A99 as soon as possible . i will be expecting your reply as fast as possible. if i don't get your reply within 1 week i'm gonna file a case against your service.
