Micromax Service Centre — Service centre not doing work properly | |
dear sir my phone is canvas a110q (out of warranty ) my phone has some software issue like charger not respond, memory card corrupt, battery drainage so i go to durga communication ( service centre of micromax sitsuted in paschom vihar b-1 new delhi) customer executive sugggest me to change my phone's mother board nd after that he charged rs. 1800 from me on 8/7/15. afer 1 week he gave my phone but problem was not solved... and afer that i was many time visited to the service centre of micromax. manager of service centre mr. pankaj sukheja was not respond me properly and other people. whenver we want to talk him ( mr. abhishek sukhija ) he goes out of service centre immediately by making some excuse. today is 29/7/15 and till my phone is not working properly i have visited atleast 4 time after recieving my phone but it has same problem . they are making excuses but not done my work. so here by i request you to solve problem as sooon as possible Was this information helpful? | |
