Micromax — Service delay

I am Pinku Ghosh.Mob no-[protected].
In 26.08.14 I by a micromax 098 handset.when I go home and charge it then it charge for 10 seconds & then it dsplayed battery over temperature and also in not chaged. Then i go to the retailor, he advice for service centre. In 06.09.14 I submit it in barddhaman service centre but they not give me the handset till now.
It is very bad that I con not use the handset for a minimum one hours.

I bought a Micromax doodle 2 A240 on 23th Jan 2014. On august 13th my phone switched off I gave it for repairs but I still haven't got my phone its been more then 2 months. I called the service center they are saying that they have to wait for the head office response. I called the head office they tell me I have to wait more 15 days. I cant take this any more if I don't get my phone by next week I will have to take this issue further (legally). So please look into the matter and get it resolved.

This is regarding the job sheet number (N[protected]), I have submitted my phone Micromax (a250) at M/S Rapid communication (Vikaspuri) Wz-1, Ganesh Nagar, opp Metro piller No.535 New Delhi - 58 on 20/9/2014 and today is 23rd oct 2014 and my phone is still with service center they are saying that there is one part that is pending from Micromax and Micromax is not delivering the part so they are not able to repair it I have escalated the issue to micromax but got reply that we are working already it has been 45 days, request you to please help me in this issue.because it seems that they are doing nothing to solve the issue.

When will I get my phone back?

I Deepak verma gave my phone eg111 Which was in warrenty on feb 05;2015.
I do dont revieve it till today, its been 40 Days i am visiting to service center vapi where as i have been told to get it done with in 20 Days.

Have one Micromax A105 Grey phone. Unfortunately it was facing display problem within 6 months after buying. Have go to local micromax service centre and they take this phone for reparing on June 03 and they have ensured me to repair the same within 10 days as there is parts problem and they have ordered for new parts.

But as of now they have not returned me my phone back as Micromax did not provide the parts till yet and they are not able to give me the time period to repair and return the phone.

am using micromax x101 when i inserted the sim 2 in slot 2 it shows sim2 deactivated but when i inserted the same sim in slot 1 it works how to enable the slot 2 sim

Batery Issue

i have bought micromax canvas nitro a310 at 10 days before. Everything is quite ok but battery drains quickly. whenever batery is upto 90% then its work fine but then after it goes down 0% at quickly.

I have ordered a battery for Micromax BOLT A089 battery in micromax service centre one month ago. Till now i have not yet received my new battery.

Problem was incoming and outgoing was not possible and signals are full. even after 4 visits, your service center was not able to repair it. kindly do the needful at earliest. model no. : X084 date of last visit : 09/10/2014.
