[Resolved]  Micromax — service not provide in due date

I have submitted my Micromax Phone at your service centre for repairing on dated 16.08.2014. for that they have given 15 days time for repairing the phone. But after 27 days passed it’s not repaired. Moreover, I have called them many times but their replies your mobile is not repaired due to shortage of part. Moreover, they have not given me any substitute phone. I am very frustrated about this kind of service. You are kindly requested to shortout my problem as early as possible. My complaint details are as under: Customer..my name is monika my mobile nu is [protected] my complain nu is [protected]. apke customer center pe call([protected]) krne pr khte hai ki apka koi call mujhe nahi aya hai false hai or apne jis nu se contact kia ([protected]) hai uuse aapke sath contact nhi ho parhi. u say what can i do.
