[Resolved]  Micromax — Service not provided with in warrenty.

Dear Sir, I have purchased one MicroMax Mobile(X-501) on dated[protected], it is with in warrenty and touch screen display is not working properly, I went to Service center at Bapuji Nagar Bhubaneswar but they do not took complain and miss behaived me which is not the conduct of a Good company like Micromax, till today my set is faulty and I am unable to use it, I have given mail to Head of service team, but issue not adressed till today and no one contacted with me. My humble question to Micromax authority/Head is that, If you are in capable to provide service with in waranty why mentioning to customer in the time of saleing?? Pls resolve my issue at earliest.
