Micromax — Service very poor | |||
I had submitted my micromax canvas 2 plus to micromax service center, Patil plaza, swargate, Pune 30 day ago.There was a small problem with display.service center told me, my phone will be returned in 2 days.but it is 30 days past.yet it is not returned.I have started hating micromax due to its very very bad service.Even my phone is 6 months old only. I have given my mobile for repair as Camera was not working, first they told me for 5 days, then they sent my mobile to factory without my permission and asked to that it will take 20 days, after 25 days they again telling me it will take 10 - 12 days more, NEVER BUY A MICROMAX Phone.
