Micromax — Sim not detecting, overheating, poor battery back up | |||
I bought a Micromax Canvas 4 around 6 months back and the performance of the phone was satisfactory. After 6 months, the side button (display on/offf button) shows some issues of loose contact. Since the mobile is under warranty, I handed over the mobile to an authorised micromax servicing (M/S EXCLUSIVE CARE USNAZ TOWER, MG ROAD, OPP MEDTCALTRUST HOSPITAL, COCHIN Tel:O484-235O199 Mobile No.[protected] Tel:O[protected] at Cochin. They returned the mobile after 2 weeks. Unfortunately after the repair mobile starts showing following defects:- 1. Mobile not detecting sim. 2. Battery back up is less than 5 hours. 3. Mobile getting heated up too much. So I returned the mobile back to the same authorised dealer. Now its almost a month over, but no response from the dealer. Was this information helpful? | |||
