Micromax — smartphone A121 charger point not connect with charging | |||
Dear sir, I m user of micromax A121 Elenza 2 Smart phone, purchase date 25/06/2014 & M_IMEI1 :- [protected] & M_ IMEI2 :- [protected], I m suffering for charging problem with this, I already visit two times at Dewas M.P. Your authorised service care whatever service person do with phone I don't know & they say to me now this charging problem will not be come in future but same two times my phone getting same problem I told service head at your authorise service center kindly replace charger connector he told me we have availability of spare parts of phone as well as he said if you want to replace with new charging connection point of smart phone so you have to leave your phone min 15 & max. 30 days to service center also he not providing me standby any other smart phone for I continue to use micromax mobile service I have only one A121 Elenza 2 Smart phone n my all moblie banking all my online work all my office colleague works will be effected with this problem.
