[Resolved] Micromax — Software problem in micromax A37B

I bought this handset on 22/09/2014 model A37B but in this handset Hindi fonts are not showing in proper sequence it shows first word and then it repeats first word again and again, went to service centre and they reinstalled software but it didn't resolved issue. Even service centre guys are not aware of the problem if this is manufacturing defect kindly refund my money or resolve the matter also inbuilt memory is also very low.
