Dear Customer Care Manager The below mail I have forwarded to your [protected]@micromaxinfo.com on 02.11.2014 and the reminders sent 3 times, but till time no one responded to mail. Once again I request you to arrange the response on priority and sort out the same immediately. Regards Vara Prasad Ph:[protected] Dear sir With reference to the above captioned subject I request you to address the complaint immediately, as I have suffered a lot on purchase of this and service center team are changed my mother board without my concern. After change of motherboard I am facing the signal drop problem. This is happened due to your service center team irresponsibility only. Actually I have given the phone for service only for no clarity in camera, but this has been addressed by your team differently and changed my mother board informally.
