[Resolved] Micromax — Still not return a Mobile | |||
Dear Sir, This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased a “Micromax Unite 2 – A106” mobile phone from a retail outlet BITTOO COMMUNICATION in “Shakurpur Colony Delhi-34”. This was purchased against bill no. 838 dated 09-Jun-2014. I have been a user of various models of Micromax mobiles for a long period of time and I had purchased the phone with a lot of expectation, setting aside multiple options available in the market including those from reputed brands. However this purchase was just the beginning of a sad story for me. The mobile handset started giving problem from within a two month of purchase. The phone does not detect a SIM CARD. However I thought this was a major problem and took the handset to the “Patel Nagar” service station, where the phone was kept for ~2 weeks and after that it was returned to me another phone instead of my phone. After I got another phone it again stopped working with the other problem. And so they did with me twice. My mobile deposited in service since 05/08/2014 and still stored in service center. However they have been of no help. One of the executives went to the extent of saying that since he is not the one responsible for either repairing the phone on behalf of Micromax; He was in no way responsible for whatever was happening with me. He further said that I should wait patiently. I hereby wish to know is there any TAT for resolution of queries and what is the correct mode of escalation of customer service issues.
