My name is Laxman Neupane. I submitted my tablet on 11/1/2014 on account of replacement of my Charging port which was malfunctioning. Jobsheet No. is R1401FDLI7557432. I have made repeated attempts at contact and everytime they said the device is sent to the company and its upto them now. Its been a year and now the number of the service center isn't working.
