[Resolved] Micromax — Take too much time in Mobile Repairing | |||
Hi, I was purchased Micromax Mobile on 30th May 2014 and 29th June 2014 mobile not start so, I was go to Micromax service center at Rajkot on 30th June 2014. Shri Ram Mobile is service center of Micromax. It was inward mobile and told me to we are contact when mobile is repaired. But after 13 days mobile not repaired and when I was visit service center they told me it will take 1 month or more so, this is very long time. What is the TAT of Mobile repairing? to service center they called me it will take 15- 20 more days. some
parts not received from Delhi. If not possible in 2-3 days i will take
legal action for this issue.
