[Resolved]  Micromax — the worst service ever

Dear sir, I am sourabh jagdale, purchased micromax canvas Magnus on 6th Jan 2014 via flipkart (which is the biggest mistake of mine till now ) After few months the phone was getting hang and its display got problem the touch was not functioning .hence I submitted my phone ( IMEI NO .[protected]) In “Krishna Telesystem-autorised service centre of micromax, near kmall, takka panvel-410206. On 1ST AUGUST 2014. Its more than 35 days and still my phone is in service centre!!! I really cant believe how can they take soo much time to repair ..they have given me the mobile number ([protected]) which is not in operation ! After 15 days I went there to get my phone but they refused and told me that my phone is under repair and you will get it soon .i took another number ([protected]) and called them again and again but I didn’t get any kind of response .its really irritating. this service is like hell !! I will never buy micromax again also I will tell everyone not to buy micromax !! worst !!
