Micromax — Uncivilised behavior of Micromax Service Centre (MSC) Patel Nagar employee and her boss | |||
My mobile A315 damaged in accident. I have full coverage insurance of 'Daily app'. When I went to MSC Patel Nagar they refused to admit my claim only because on the bill my name is written in initial letter of my name G C Parihar. Whereas I have ID proof that reads my name as 'Gemeshwar Chhabilal Parihar'. The Receptionist argued with heated words even she suggested me wrong method to correct that bill. Thanx to daily app cust_care receptionist, he told me write way of making affidavit. They haven't mentioned anywhere in T&C that claims will not be accepted if bill are in initial letters. The misbehave is not ended here before four days she called me to collect mobile but everyday I go there they say 'abhi banne ka he kal aana'. when I asked them why don't they tell me definite time as im lossing money & time to travel upto Patel Nagar. The receptionist and her head continues in their tune of misbehavior. I swear no Micromax product anymore. Its not about my inconvenience Its about all customers who suffered their atrocity. I am shocked that how could private firm (spl. Micromax) hires such rude, uncivilized peoples. Was this information helpful? | |||
