Micromax — Unlock my parent mode in p469 tab

I had purchased the micromax P469 version of student tab. i had no sim to register. so registration was not complete. i have procured a new 4 g sim bearing sim No.[protected] and tried to register. But now when i accessed the parent mode of the tab it says forget pin. click here. if i used this facility and said click here it says enter 9 digit pin which i do not know. what should i do. i do not know whether the registration process is complete. if it is complete let me know the 9 digit pin to enter to unlock the parent mode. kindly help me.
