DEAR SIR I HAVE MICROMAX CANVAS4 A210 MOBILE WHICH RINGER WAS NOT WORKING PROPER SO I CONTACTED DIYA COMMUNICATION, JYOTI TOWER, JAMNAGAR WHICH IS MICROMAX AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER IN JAMNAGAR WHO REPLIED ME THAT YOUR RINGER REPLACEMENT CHARGE SHOULD BE RS. 250/- AFTER THAT WHILE WE APPROACHED HIM FOR THAT WHO GIVE US REPAIR CHARGE IS RS. 300/- WHILE WE SAID THAT YOUR REP. HAD GIVEN US RS. 250/- EARLIER FOR THIS REPAIRING WORK HE HAD VERY POOR MISBEHAVE WITH US SO LOOKING TO THE ABOVE WE RECOMMENDED THAT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AGENCY SHOULD BE TERMINATED AND PROPER AND RELIABLE SERVICE AGENCY SHOULD BE APPOINT FOR THAT THANKING YOU Was this information helpful? | |||
