I had given my mobile for repairing since last one and half month. And they said it will done around a month or within one and half but now its more than one and half But unfortunately I am not getting any response and proper servicing from authorised service center

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!
I gave my 8 months old #Micromax Canvas 4 for repairing on 17-Sept, 2014 in Bangalore MobileSeva. The Job Sheet no is "S[protected]". The power button of the phone was not working.
I was given the assurance that my phone would be repaired in 15 days time.
After 15 days, when i called the service center and inquired about the status, I was told that it would take another 15 days time. I registered a service complaint with #Micromax on 30th Sept. The complain no is "MMX[protected]" Everytime i call the customer care to get the status, i am given different commitments. Initially i was told it would take 20 days to fix the phone. on 7th Sept, when i spoke to a senior guy (Varun) from #micromax, he told #Micromax needs another 15 working days to get the phone repaired (its been 30 days uptill now to repair a power button!!!). I still hear the same old dialogue that the complain has been escalated to the highest level and that people are working on it.
I am not sure whether any higher level exists in Micromax. As its difficult to digest that a brand like #Micromax needs more than 30 days to repair a small minor problem in a phone.
I am completely distressed and fed up with the false committments that is given to me. I just hope that I get the refund back as I have lost complete trust and confidence in the company and do not want to go through this pain anymore. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy #Micromax phone.
