[Resolved]  Micromax — Worst Product & Services - Micromax Mobile

Hi, My Name is Prateek Gaur, I purchased a Micromax A250 Canvas turbo handset for 16000 rupees from Flipkart. I have facing touch screen problem after 2 months date of purchasing, so i have submitted my mobile handset to Micromax service center.M/s. Hans Services, SCO No 101, 1st Floor, Main Market, Faridabad-121006 Contact no.[protected] Job-Sheet No. :- R1407FHAR11009714. and did not mention the return date of the mobile handset to be given submitted on[protected]. Service centre staff is very poor in behaviour & cooperation.First of all i had to spend 3 hours in waiting just to submit my phone to them.One of Service centre staff told that Touch screen problem is quite common in Micromax Canavas A250 model & it's a faulty product. he said that mobile would get repaired in next 15 days which is very inconveniencing. He didn't even has given any backup phone. I am very dissatisfied with such poor product & pathetic service support of Micromax. I am cursing myself for my decision of buying micromax against wish of buying Samsung which was recommended by my friends. I can just wish that you will hear my plea.
