[Resolved] Micromax — Worst service at Allahabad service center | |||
Sir, i have purchased micromax canvas 2.2 at may2014.. But one day ago my mobile charger and ear phone not working. At 14 august i went to its service center. I wait there 4 hours. Their staff was very slow and not good worker. Then they say today we will replace only one thing. Either charger or ear phone. Its our company rule. So i gave them charger and they give me new charger.today at 16 august i went service center for replacing earphone. Then they said our system says your id have a call for any product. We have to cancel your call. They take 2 hours then said today we cant cancel your call. Come monday. Then i sak about their manager, they said he is absent.you can complain about us.then i said them your system has problem then what can i do. Why i will face.problem. then one staff take my earphone and give me other earphone of any other mobile which was cheaper. It is also not working properly because its not of my set earphone. The replacement of earphone happend without any receipt or document. Thus i saw micromax service center at allahabad is worsen service center of mobile. It is bothering micromax customer.
