Micromax — Worst service micromax | |||||
I bought A107 mobile 8 months back, now I got the touch screen problem. I have approached micromax service center at Chennai-Tambaram One of the worst experience I am having now, till now I went to the service center thrice, till now the job sheet itself not created. Whenever I go there, they are searching for my mobile which takes 45 mins, after that they are saying that they will create the job sheet and let me know Till now I am chasing them, no updates. My mobile is with them for more than 3 days untouched. I never seen such kind of irresponsible people. I feel cheated by micromax Please don't go for any of the micromax products.
