Micromax X097 — My Mobile is 50 days in your service center

i am sorry to say micromax is too worst service center in rajahmundry My mobile has keypad problem.it is on warranty period, so submitted in service centere in 09/10/2014.they said its major issue we have to send company show room, from last month onwards they are saying it was not resolved can u come again, it's very bad part on your service centre.. iam going to service center again and agnain 4 and 5 times.
