Micromax Yureka — company not replacing the defective mobile handset in spite of repeated phone calls and mails to consumer service centre | |||
I purchased the Yureka handset online through the e tailer Amazon with invoice dated 12 Feb. Within 20 days of purchase, handset developed complication. It shuts down automatically when it is idling, so I can't receive calls nor any notifications. Later the speaker was also not working and the tethering was stopped working. I lodged complaint on 9 March over phone and e mail. the service team was telling to do something, but nothing helped. In the end through their mail dated 13 May, the company agreed to replace within 6-8 working days. at the end of this period, I telephoned the service team talks differently, as if they have not sent the mail.
