Microsoft — Regarding Replacement of Defective device within one month of purchase, Lumia 640xl

I have purchase Lumia 640xl Microsoft mobile device on dated 06.06.2015 and my device has defective on dated 09.07.2015 at night. I have deposit my device on dated 10.07.2015 at Microsoft care vide job sheet no.[protected]/150710/003 and I also lodge a complain at Microsoft device support office vide reference no. [protected] on dated 10.07.2015 regarding my defective device should be replace with a new device, but till now they are not solve my problem. I have purchase new device worth Rs. 14, 800.00 but now I can't enjoy with.
