Microsoft — Replacement for a dead lumia 730

I was proud when I bought Microsoft Lumia 730 in December 2014. But very soon my happiness changed into depression and stress when I found the phone has a lot of problems that has been never solved by your service centres and customer care support.

It started to get heated, slow charging, sim errors and a lot more. I took my phone one of your service centres Anantnag Jammu and Kashmir India. They hardly looked at it and then said it is normal and let me go. I called customer support service they recommended me to take it to the service centre. I again took it to the nearby service centres Anantnag. They sent my phone to the company for further repairing as they failed to make it workable. It was in August 2015 under the Job sheet Number[protected]/150728/011. After a month or two I collected my phone from the same service centre and they had broken its back panel when I complained for the same they denied it was done by them. After a huge tiff they took my phone back and it took another month for having its new back panel. After all when I collected it from service centre it was not properly repaired. I again called customer support for the same issue they again told me submit my phone in service centre and I again did and again service centres were not able to workable. Now it became my habit to call customer support all the day. It was a worst experience of my life. I requested them to replace my phone 100 times they promised it to do but that proved hallow. At last they called me by phone in November 2015 that they appointed a regional team to look my phone online. It gives some kind of relief. But unfortunately they reported in February 2016 that my phone is ok and they delivered it me repaired. And told me that my phone is out of warranty now so when I need to repair it I have to pay for it. The irritating thing was that my phone was never repaired and served properly and nor replacement has been given. With this I lost my peace of mind. On the very next day on 02 Feb, 2016 I took my phone again to Service Centre Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir. Unfortunately it was closed, before this I had been visited already there twice on the advice of Customer Support Service and it took 1500 Rs(300 fair, 400 to kill my appetite and 800 salary deduction of a day) to visit srinagar as I am living 75 kms away from Srinagar. A complete day need to be wasted means my day's salary and they told me do not connect my phone to the data cable as charging issue was from beginning.

Next day on 03 Feb, 2016 I took again my phone to the same service centre and this time they declared it tempered and denied me to submit it as it is irreparable now. I got shocked as regional team reported my phone is ok and service centre declared it tempered. I have no words to explain my worries and sufferings that Microsoft has given me. I am shocked now I need your help since I requested 100 times for replacement during warranty period but nobody is listening. Now it is my polite request to help me to get rid of this depression. I belong to a lower middle class family, I saved 16000Rs from 6 salaries when I bought this phone. I want simply a replacement or refund my money as I suffered a lot instead of serving.
