Microsoft — Technical problem

I Tejaswi singh, had bought a branded phone, nokia x three months before. i have been troubling for three months due to this phones some or the others problems are there in this phone, now the display of this phone is not working, i went to the company two-three times for this issue but they are not ready to trust on the fact that this phone itself already contains many promblem and says that this is a physical damage done by me . The promblem in the phone they are telling me is liquid log, but i know that this is not the promlem in the phone . To get the phone alright they are demanding a sum of rupee 3200 . Since the phone is in warranty period but they say no warranty for physical damage, which is not the promblem. Please look through my complain and solve my promblem as soon as it is possible.
