Microtek Inverters — Poor service

My compliant no MJC 854248 is not been attended. Complain was registered on 5th of Sep, but there is no service been provided, despite of many phone and written complain via mail. The product was purchased two month back and is under warranty but no one is responding as neither the problem solved nor any rep was sent from coy,
