Miniwallmart — Cheating from miniwallmart | |||
I got a call from miniwallmart in 27july 15 and they offered me their combo offer which include assured gift. as i said i ordered one adidas combo ( one bag, belt, shoe, watch and lower) which was rupees 5499/- including assured gift( dell inspired laptop model 3148 touch screen) . I wanted to payment through net banking but they said that transfer gateway system under maintanance and we accept payment through NEFT transfer and order by mail and we provide product and gift within 5 to 7 working days. I got product on 12 aug 15 which was tataly different from which i selected that means very poor quality. I send product return back to them accept lower and they said we will give you right product and gift within 7 working days but didnt get till now. On 11 sep i got call and they said that you have to pay vat ( 5170/-) for laptop which is assured gift then only we will dispatch your product and gift. I make payment 5170/- through NEFT transfer. Now they are not responding me. They are cheating me from one month. They are saying only tomorrow and day after tomorrow and i do not get my product and gift till now. I am talking to aman, rakesh, vishwash and sana khan. Now they are saying you cant do anything.If require i have recorded all calls which i talked to them. Was this information helpful? | |||

There was some programs with courier so i coudnt understand the what was main problem. Now they are giving me posirive response.

There was problems with side of courier. Now my problem has been solved regarding product and assured gift.

After complaint i got call from [protected] (vaibhav) on 9 oct 15 and he said that pls you write a positive review about my company like 'there was some problem with side of courier and now my problem has been solved regarding product and assured gift' and i will send you product and gift. So i done the same. But now that no is getting switched off and customer care saying that vaibhav has been terminated from my company. And still i am facing same problem. They are not senfing any thing to me.
Now amam sharma is saying that we will not provide any product and gift bucause you complaint against me.
Now all phone numbers are getting switched off. And till now i didnt get any response from their side.
Again miniwallmart started cheating people. They stopped all numbers before they were using. Now they are operating [protected], [protected] series numbers and telling again like before combo offer and assured gift. And saying this is third round of our company promotions. I request to consern team please take necessary action against miniwallmart to stop this type of froud.
Stil am not getting any response from miniwallmartnl.
